How to reach the editorial team

Whether you have a question about a maker profile, need advice on commissioning a piece, or want to suggest a studio for a future visit, the team at The Australian Artisan is here to help. We read every message and usually reply within two working days.

Prefer to talk through your commission or a care question by phone? The studio line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST. Leave a message outside those hours and we will return the call on the next working day.

Visit us in Pilani

Our editorial office shares a space with a working workshop at 38, Harmada, Pilani - 356412. Visitors are welcome by appointment, and we can arrange a short tour of the bench where sample pieces are tested before they appear in the magazine.
